I had a great time volunteering at the hostel 💕!! This was my first Worldpackers experience and the perfect place to get started. The staff and other volunteers were all so nice and welcoming, it was so fun getting to know them! The work is as described, so I had plenty of time to explore Takamatsu and the surrounding area. Thank you so much ☺️ !!!!

I can't wait to come back! Truly loved to stay at the hostel, everybody was so nice, the team was amazing and made me feel really welcome, with make it easy to do the job. Also, the chef food was incredible 🥰. Chizuru, thanks for the opportunity, I'm so glad to have u guys as my first volunteer ❤️

We had a great time volunteering at the hostel. The tasks are easy: cleaning rooms, common areas, and making beds. You usually meet lots of other volunteers, which makes it fun. The hotel staff are lovely, and you get the chance to practise and learn Japanese with them. We stayed for 19 days, and it felt too short because we had such a good time. The hostel is very well connected and there are many interesting places to visit nearby. They always try to give you several days off together, which allows you to travel. We will always be very grateful for the treatment we received. 💘

Shikoku is very underrated and there's no better base than the hostel to explore the surrounding area. The team is lovely here and there's plenty of people to practice japanese with. The work is reasonable and the hours and expectations are set very clearly. Its mostly cleaning and it goes by quickly. There's bikes for free for the staff and the city has lots of options for getting to the surrounding islands. Heartily recommend!

I can't wait to come back to the hostel:,) Chizuru and the entire staff are so wonderful to spend time with!! Truly the best experience I have had in Japan so far. I cherish the connections I've made with other volunteers and locals in the city. You will not regret the opportunity to be apart of the hostel team. Chizuru is the bestt💓

All the staff in the hostel are very friendly and kind. Working load was not too heavy and well communicated. Living environments is convenient and good accessibility. Getting well touched with nature and local life and having great conversations with locals and international people during stay. I'm glad to visit here again!

I spent a month volunteering at the hostel in Takamatsu and it was such a lovely experience! The vibe is super warm and welcoming, and the work was easy to follow and well-balanced. Chizuru-San is the best — she taught me so much about Japanese culture, food, and everyday life. I'm really grateful for her kindness and patience. The other volunteers were amazing too! We shared lots of laughs, good food, and great memories together. the hostel honestly felt like home. I'm leaving with new friends, great experiences, and a big smile.

I had the best two weeks at the hostel. All the staff and volunteers are fun and welcoming. Chef Ryo makes the most delicious food! The hostel is lovely, I enjoyed staying there. Thanks Chizuru-san! I hope to come back one day!

I've loved my time here! Everyone is super friendly and sociable. The food was absolutely banger, and of course Chizuru-San and Ryo-San are super nice and fun to be around!!!
