We are seeking a Culture Keeper to steward the InanItah Vision and care for the day to day co-creative culture and needs of the community during the Inan Itah Fire Season. The work expectation is approximately 30 hours each week. There are daily meetings Monday- Friday and 3-4 hours commitment per week in communal contributions (meal prep, clean-up). The person in this role is accountable for the responsibilities in their sphere of leadership.

Détails du programme

The person in this role will have an overview of everyday life at InanItah Fire Season. This person is great at planning, has a systemic and orderly approach, is simultaneously flexible and adaptable to changing situations and priorities, and can manage multiple tasks. This role includes community administration, facilitation, and team building.
The ideal person to join us in this role has a background in alternative lifestyles and familiarity with our community practices of personal and planetary transformation, such as yoga, meditation, tantra, healing, self-reflection, voluntary simplicity, regenerative healthy living, healing, embodiment, permaculture, and connection to nature.


Activités et horaires

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Community Leadership: acting as a liaison between the Gaia and the community leadership team; lead or co-lead the weekday morning meeting, including daily group check-ins; coordinating and communicating times and locations of daily events, and more.
- Administration: maintain and adjust internal organizational systems for life within the community; manage arrivals and departures and accommodation needs for the community; maintain inventory for accommodation equipment and supplies; update online arrival and departure calendars ; manage petty cash for community expenses, payroll, and bookkeeping as necessary, and more.
- Community Culture : foster a spirit of self-responsibility, inclusion and mutual support; inspire community members to be creative and share their gifts, stretch their edges and use the space as an grounds of exploration and learning, and more.
