As a volunteer at Tenerife Experience Hostel, you’ll be involved in a variety of daily tasks that help keep the hostel running smoothly. Most volunteers support our cleaning and housekeeping team, assisting with cleaning bedrooms, bathrooms, the kitchen, and common areas, helping with check-ins, check-outs, and guest assistance at the front desk, as well as making beds and handling general household tasks.

Dortoir partagé: Vous aurez un lit dans une chambre partagée, ce qui signifie que vous partagerez la même chambre avec d'autres voyageurs.

At Tenerife Experience Hostel, we believe that traveling is about much more than changing places — it’s about connecting with people, cultures, and real experiences.
We are a multicultural hostel located in a well-connected area of Tenerife, perfect for those looking to balance downtime, island exploration, and everyday life with travelers from all over the world. We love creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere where both guests and volunteers feel part of the same experience.
We’re looking for active, responsible volunteers with positive energy, who are eager to learn, collaborate, and be part of the team. The role mainly involves reception support and general hostel tasks, for 30 hours per week with two days off. In exchange, we offer free accommodation in a shared room.
We’re easygoing and approachable, but we also value commitment. And when there’s free time, we enjoy sharing, relaxing, and creating great moments together. We appreciate open-minded, social people who enjoy interacting with both guests and staff.
If you’re a traveler, backpacker, digital nomad, or simply someone curious and excited to live a different kind of experience in Tenerife, this might be the place for you.
