This was my first time ever using Worldpackers, and it was better than I expected. Fai and Ping Pong are wonderful people, so full of life. The food was excellent too! 100% recommend! P.S. Remember to pack warm clothes, as the nights can get quite chilly.

The hosts provided everything you could possibly need: clean rooms, good food, and fun weekend activities (we did bamboo rafting and also visited a local orphanage). The work was rewarding, and you teach from 3-8pm each day. It was also nice to meet other travelers. All in all, this was a great experience and I would highly recommend it if you want to get out of the hustle and bustle. Some things to keep in mind: 1. Bring bug repellent and a sweater 2. It can be difficult to get a bus/taxi from the homestay (plan ahead if you want to travel around)

Volunteering at the school was such an awesome experience. Fai and Ping Pong are such amazing people and fun hosts—they organized cooking classes, river rafting trips, and appreciation dinners during my stay and overall made me feel very welcomed and at home. I learned so much about planning and conducting English lessons while I was here and the work was so rewarding. Thank you so much!

This was a new experience for me. The hosts were clear with instruction, the place was immaculately clean and looked after. Good WiFi and great food. If you are looking for an authentic peaceful environment this is the place. There is some support with the teaching, and you can rely on fellow travellers if needed for tips. Overall I really appreciated my time here

My time here was brief, but it was an excellent experience. The owners are extremely welcoming and friendly, and provide a very wholesome place to call home for a while. Would recommend.

Foi nossa primeira experiência de voluntariado e não poderia ter sido melhor! Somos um casal e ficamos num quarto privado. Além disso, a comida que eles nos serviam era sempre maravilhosa, superou as expectativas. Fizemos Bamboo Rafting com um desconto incrível, fizeram um churrasco para todos os voluntários com cerveja e ainda nos levaram para conhecer um orfanato. Impossível ter tido uma experiência mais completa! Quanto as aulas, o trabalho pode ser desafiador, mas é extremamente gratificante poder conhecer tantos tailandeses, ouvir suas histórias e aprender com eles. Já queremos voltar!

It was a wonderful time teaching English. It is taught online via Skype. The home stay is about 35 minutes from chiang Mai. The host arranged a river rafting trip for us. It was easy to get into the city through car or hitchhiking. You will be in a 3 person dorm. They make lunch and dinner for you and provide breakfast supplies for you. It is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy nature.
