Located just 25 km from the beautiful city of Szeged, this quaint nursing home offers a unique opportunity for volunteers to gain valuable experience and have a positive impact on the lives of our residents.

25 heures d'aide par semaine

Musique: Jouer pour divertir les invités, les enfants ou les communautés locales.

Aide aux personnes âgées: Assister et passer du temps avec les personnes âgées.

Cuisine: Choisir le menu, sélectionner les ingrédients et cuisiner des plats délicieux.

Travail social: Aider au travail bénévole dans des projets locaux et des communautés.

Ce que vous recevez

2 jours de congé par semaine

Dortoir partagé: Vous aurez un lit dans une chambre partagée, ce qui signifie que vous partagerez la même chambre avec d'autres voyageurs.

Petit-déjeuner: Vous avez droit à un petit-déjeuner gratuit, tous les jours de votre séjour.

Dîner: Vous avez droit à un dîner gratuit, tous les jours de votre séjour.

Come and make a difference in the lives of elderly individuals suffering from dementia or chronic illnesses at our care home in the serene village of Dóc, Hungary. Located just 25 km from the bustling city of Szeged, this quaint nursing home offers a unique opportunity for volunteers to gain valuable experience and have a positive impact on the lives of our residents.

As a volunteer, you will have the chance to spend quality time with our residents, forming meaningful connections and brightening their days. You will work closely with our dedicated nursing team, assisting with personal care activities such as showering and dressing. By being there for our residents, you will not only provide physical support but also emotional comfort and companionship.

In addition to personal care, we welcome individuals passionate about cooking to join us in preparing healthy and delicious meals.

Activités et horaires

Activity and what we expect could include:
Get involved with personal care, assisting with feeding and meal serving,
Helping the nurses with different health related task such as wound care, iv or injection administration,
Picking up proscription from the Doctors surgery and collecting medication from the local pharmacy
Creating healthy meals, you would have the freedom to come up with ideas or organise a meal the way you imagine it.
Get involved with our community in the vilage to create program or social stimulation for locals
Also if you have a tech vein or like to create short videos or social media post and shoot great pictures we would live to have you as the care homes social media manager. This role is a volunteer role but we can provide you with the references you need.

Be a good person that want to learn and create an impact.
Respect the place where you are working and the collages and also the staff house we provide.
Be ready and presentable when you come to the care home as we need to respect our elderly residents.
Tell us if you have a problem on time so we try to help you or organise you ways to solve it.
Need to respect confidential informations and dates
We can provide a shared accommodation a few street away from the care home, but it is in a walking distance from the home.
