Recomiendo totalmente este voluntariado. Kate y Aris son muy amables, cercanos y comprensivos. El trabajo es sencillo, se realiza muy bien en los horarios propuestos y semana a semana puedes coordinar tu horario. En el hostel se da un ambiente muy grato con voluntarios y huéspedes, habitualmente se realizan actividades en conjunto.

Absolutely amazing experience. The owners Kate and Aris, as well as the manager Julia, truly cared for every volunteer and guest. They are kind, accommodating, respectful and always willing to help solve any issues that might occur. The reception job consisted of checking in/out, making beds, doing laundry. And they were very flexible if you had days you wanted off. This was my first Worldpackers experience and I couldn't be more grateful to have had this be my first. Truly unforgettable people and a beautiful place to call home for 2 months. Absolutely recommend to anyone.

My first experience as a volunteer was truly amazing! Kate, Aris and Julia (as well as all the other volunteers) are really kind people and made the place feel like a second home to me. The working hours are fair and let you have lots of time to explore the hostel and other places. The whole atmosphere at the hostel was so nice and comfortable, and I also liked the fact that they cared about the environment. I learned a lot about myself, and would highly recommend this place!

I could never have fathomed how impactful of an experience this would be some months ago when I first decided to go to—and even heard of—the hostel. What I love most is how communal everything is; from family dinners and group treks through the countryside to deep, philosophical conversations that likely started as simple as 'Where's the salt?' The volunteering work is very reasonable, the tasks straightforward, and the scheduling flexible. What makes this place so wonderfully unique is how much attention Aris, Julia, and Kate give—not just to the hostel itself but also to the volunteers' input.

From day one I felt at home, I met beautiful people with whom I will keep in touch for sure. There is flexibility with the managers to coordinate your shifts, the schedules are respected and it is as described. you have enough free time to get to know the surroundings and go to other places. aris, kate and julia are always aware of any eventuality. Una de las mejores experiencias de mi vida, realmente se siente como un hogar, aprendí a cocinar, mejor mi ingles, conecté con personas muy lindas que conservaré para siempre y en general me divertí mucho, los dueños siempre están buscando hacer mejoras al edificio y ponen atención a los detalles, le ponen mucho empeño a este lindo proyecto. Me gustaban las actividades para los voluntarios y huéspedes del hostal. Lo recomiendo al 100%.

I had an amazing time at the hostel. Aris and Kate have created such a positive and welcoming environment at this hostel. I could not have asked for better hosts. Volunteer work-related matters are handled with professionalism and care. As promised, I worked 15 hours a week. This included taking the vacuum (10kg) up and down 4 flights of stairs. It's important cleaners are capable of this task. The work here is organized and thought out. My time at the hostel felt as though for a few weeks, I was a part of a fun, eclectic family and I highly recommend applying for this position.

In this hostel I found everything I was looking for: I improved my English, I met beautiful people from over 20 different countries, I developed a more open view of the world, I went on many nature walks and visited interesting cities. The friendships and team spirit that are born in the hostel are really strong, they are sensations that I never thought I could experience.

I absolutely loved my experience volunteering at the hostel and would highly recommend. The owners, Kate and Aris, and the manager, Julia, are very passionate about the hostel and create a warm, welcoming and supportive atmosphere. They are always open to collaborate and support bringing up new ideas for the hostel. There are a lot of volunteers and you all become a big family. The hours are what is agreed upon, and it leaves you with plenty of time to explore the hostel and surrounding towns. There are lots of activities hosted by the hostel and it enables a fantastic environment.
