Living and learning through circular architecture
At FCRecolearning, we welcome volunteers who want to co-create a sustainable future while living authentic cultural experiences in Costa Rica. Our program integrates community, ecology, and creativity, offering practical projects where you can make an impact while learning valuable skills.

✨ Volunteer Activities

1.English Support for the Community
.Help children and adults practice English.
.Organize conversation clubs and fun language activities.

2.Organic Gardens & Food Sustainability
.Build and maintain community gardens.
.Learn composting, rainwater harvesting, and eco-farming techniques.

3.Tropical Art & Culture
.Paint murals for local businesses with tropical and creative designs.
.Support art-therapy workshops with recycled materials.

4.Content Creation & Communication
.Design social media conten to promote eco-projects.
.Share stories, photos, and videos of the volunteer experience.

5.Workshops with FCRecolearning
.Assist and participate in workshops on sustainability and circular architecture.
.Co-create new activities with the team.

6 Support for Eco-Projects
Collaborate at our Integral Farm (goat cheese, nursery, agro-ecology).

Activités et horaires

A tipical day:7:30AM a costarrican typical Breakfast 8-12md make task in the project 1-PM Lunch with food from the farm to the table and time for a siesta and free time. The schedule may change depending on the weather, the level of effort required by the job, the level of fatigue... We are flexible and we know how to listen to people's needs. Weekends are free to rest, enjoy the farm or discover places of interest around the town. .

🏡 About the Place
We are located in La Guaria, a peaceful town within walking distance of supermarkets, restaurants, local shops, banks, and the main bus terminal with routes to San José, the Caribbean, and Arenal.

🌱 Volunteer Accommodation
Volunteers stay in a large shared room with 4 beds, each with a mosquito net. The apartment includes a private bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a TV lounge, and access to our eco-learning space.
