El equipo es cordial y amable, el lugar tiene mucho potencial, sin embargo, aunque desde la llegada solicite tener claridad en las horas de turno y días de descanso en la primera semana se excedieron, lo cual me llevó a abandonar el voluntariado al 5 dia, puesto que no hubo claridad.

It was great volunteering at the hostel. The location is great. It's close to everything. The work hours are as described and scheduling is flexible as well. The work itself is pretty much just working reception. Some shifts include changing the beds and cleaning the rooms. Dimitar is great, takes good care of you. Is always around too if there's problems at the hostel or any other kind of help. The breakfast and barbecues are great, made by the best chef in Bulgaria. Sometimes it gets a little confusing and disorganized but I would definitely recommend volunteering there.

Dimitar was really great, but many staff members (all of which were male) felt unwelcoming, at times rude and even unsafe. I do believe the one who made it unsafe won't be there anymore. Dimitar seems very willing to make changes, so maybe it's different now, and we did make some good memories with other volunteers and guests. Plovdiv is a great city. The workload was very low and flexible, so you have a lot of time to do your own things. The hostel just felt a bit rough to live in for a longer time.

Dimitar is amazing and was an absolute pleasure to work with, the other owner Robert can be rude but he is a good guy. I would say that any volunteer really needs to be on top of the administration to make sure everything is done as agreed upon. The hostel had a lovely homey vibe to it and a beautiful rooftop and Plovdiv is an amazing city. I would definitely recommended volunteering there but it's important to communicate everything before

The hostel was amazing! The energy around is so cool and always surrounded by international guests, so its easy to make new friends <3 The volunteer's team were very united and always workin together. Dimitar, the manager was always avaiable trough whatsapp in case we need any help or support, so we weren't alone at all. I highly recommend this experience! Plovdiv is a charming city with plenty things to do around 🫶🏼

I had such a good experience at the hostel. Lovely people and i had friends now from there to the rest of my life. The schedule its the volunteers that makes it's very flexible in everything. Maybe just more communication would help but its fine.
