Experiência muito boa! O Alberto é muito prestativo e divertido. Os horários são cumpridos certinho, o que ajuda bastante na organização. O café da manhã é excelente, bem caprichado. Também tivemos saídas para socializar duas vezes por semana, o que deixa tudo mais leve e divertido. Além disso, a experiência proporciona uma imersão real na cultura local, com muito aprendizado e troca. Super recomendo! Ahhhh e eu aprendi italiano: un tè, perfavore. Hahaha

My experience was the best i had so far!! Alberto is a very generous host! The hours is respected!! The food is very good!! Our room also very comfortable!! Highly recommend this volunteer! Tive uma ótima experiência durante meu período como voluntária. O trabalho é um pouco cansativo, mas nada que impeça de aproveitar o restante do dia. Alberto é um excelente anfitrião, sempre leva os voluntários para sair, é muito compreensivo e está sempre disposto a ajudar no que for possível. The experience was absolutely great !! I was able to learn the usage of new tools, inmerse with the local culture and the host exceeded my expectations, the Food was AMAZING and I felt respected at all times, the schedule hours were respected at all times, the host was very flexible with any request made and he took the time to show us around the area , used his personal time to share great moments with in the volunteers, the location to move around other cities or countries its very easy to navigate around , I will strongly will recommend this place.

I had a good experience during my volunteering. The meals were very good, and we also had access to the gym, which was a nice bonus. During the week, we always went out with Alberto. For anyone who wants to learn Italian, this place is a great opportunity. Overall, it was a positive experience.

My experience volunteering here was great. The work is more demanding than other experiences but the accommodation is some of the best you can find. Alberto was a very chill and respectful host — approachable, fair, and always ready to share a beer or good conversation. We go out at least once or twice a week for a drink and even dancing if we're up for it. It's a relaxed and organized atmosphere that makes for a cool experience. I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a balance between meaningful work and a social, welcoming environment.

My experience at the hotel was incredible. I was warmly welcomed and guided by Alberto and the team. I received great tips for places to visit during my free time. Alberto truly cares about the volunteers, and the food is excellent. The location is great, with easy access to Milan's center and nearby shops. I learned a lot of Italian and also practiced some English and Spanish. The rooms are cozy and well-heated. I highly recommend this experience!

Com certeza a convivência com os outros voluntários fez dessa experiência ainda melhor. O trabalho não é difícil, porém é intenso, principalmente quando o hotel tem bastantes hóspedes. As horas de trabalhos e os dias livres foram bem respeitadas. A cidade fica um pouco afastada do centro e ir até Milão de transporte público não é difícil, mas é demorado kkkk porém, Alberto sempre nos levava para tomar uns drinks por Milão. E também tem uma bike (cuidado com ela kkkk) que facilitou para ir no mercado e centro comercial perto do hotel. Arrivederci
