Alberto é um excelente anfitrião, sempre leva os voluntários para sair, é muito compreensivo e está sempre disposto a ajudar no que for possível. É um voluntariado que recomendo e para o qual com certeza voltaria

The experience was absolutely great !! I was able to learn the usage of new tools, inmerse with the local culture and the host exceeded my expectations, the Food was AMAZING and I felt respected at all times, the schedule hours were respected at all times, the host was very flexible with any request made and he took the time to show us around the area , used his personal time to share great moments with in the volunteers, the location to move around other cities or countries its very easy to navigate around , I will strongly will recommend this place.

I had a good experience during my volunteering. The meals were very good, and we also had access to the gym, which was a nice bonus. During the week, we always went out with Alberto. For anyone who wants to learn Italian, this place is a great opportunity. Overall, it was a positive experience.

My experience volunteering here was great. The work is more demanding than other experiences but the accommodation is some of the best you can find. Alberto was a very chill and respectful host — approachable, fair, and always ready to share a beer or good conversation. We go out at least once or twice a week for a drink and even dancing if we're up for it. It's a relaxed and organized atmosphere that makes for a cool experience. I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a balance between meaningful work and a social, welcoming environment.

My experience at the hotel was incredible. I was warmly welcomed and guided by Alberto and the team. I received great tips for places to visit during my free time. Alberto truly cares about the volunteers, and the food is excellent. The location is great, with easy access to Milan's center and nearby shops. I learned a lot of Italian and also practiced some English and Spanish. The rooms are cozy and well-heated. I highly recommend this experience!

Com certeza a convivência com os outros voluntários fez dessa experiência ainda melhor. O trabalho não é difícil, porém é intenso, principalmente quando o hotel tem bastantes hóspedes. As horas de trabalhos e os dias livres foram bem respeitadas. A cidade fica um pouco afastada do centro e ir até Milão de transporte público não é difícil, mas é demorado kkkk porém, Alberto sempre nos levava para tomar uns drinks por Milão. E também tem uma bike (cuidado com ela kkkk) que facilitou para ir no mercado e centro comercial perto do hotel. Arrivederci

Fiz o voluntariado no the hotel junto com minha esposa, e tivemos um quarto só para nós — ponto muito positivo. O anfitrião sempre respeitou as horas de trabalho e a alimentação do hotel era excelente. Também tivemos acesso à academia e jogávamos tênis toda semana, o que foi uma ótima experiência. Por outro lado, a habitação dos demais voluntários poderia estar em melhores condições, e algumas tarefas, especialmente para os homens, podem ser bem pesadas, como reformas, jardinagem, entre outros

Minha experiência no hotel foi extremamente positiva. Alberto e sua família são muito acolhedores, oferecendo uma acomodação confortável. Todos os dias tivemos um café da manhã estilo hotel e um jantar preparado por um chef (que cozinha maravilhosamente bem). Se você tem alguma habilidade especial, como jardinagem ou gastronomia, há grandes chances de poder pratica-la por lá. Uma vez na semana fazíamos um passeio para Milão, o que tornava a experiência ainda mais especial. Levei amizades para a vida depois desse voluntariado e recomendo essa vivência a todos que buscam algo único.
