We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and motivated volunteer to join our team in beautiful Tenerife! 🌞
This role is a mix of reception duties and cleaning tasks, helping us keep our hostel running smoothly and ensuring our guests have the best experience possible with activities as well.


Ce que vous offrez

25 heures d'aide par semaine

Réception: Aider aux enregistrements, départs et assistance aux clients.

Nettoyage: Aider à nettoyer la cuisine, les chambres, les salles de bain et les espaces communs.

Entretien ménager: Aider à changer les draps et à l'entretien ménager général.

Administration: Aider avec les systèmes de réservation et les paiements.

Ce que vous recevez

2 jours de congé par semaine

Dortoir de l'équipe: Vous aurez un lit dans une chambre partagée, ce qui signifie que vous partagerez la même chambre avec d'autres personnes.

Réductions sur les Visites: Obtenez des réductions pour les visites et excursions dans la ville.

Réductions sur l'Hébergement: Obtenez des réductions pour votre séjour dans d'autres auberges.

Visites gratuites: Nous vous emmènerons faire des visites et des balades en ville. Gratuitement !

Événements gratuits: Entrée gratuite aux meilleurs événements de la ville.

Vélos à votre disposition: Vous pouvez utiliser nos vélos quand vous le souhaitez.

Planches de surf: Vous pouvez utiliser nos planches de surf autant que vous le souhaitez.

Utilisez notre cuisine équipée: N'hésitez pas à utiliser notre cuisine et préparer vos propres délicieux repas.

Intermédiaire Anglais ou Débutant Espagnol

Entre 19 et 35 ans

Accueille uniquement les volontaires solo (n'accepte pas les couples ou partenaires)

– Giving info and local tips to fellow travelers 🌴
– Making beds perfectly and helping with smooth room turnovers 🛏️
– Answering questions and making people feel at home 🙌
– Supporting our weekly hostel activities — games, dinners, beach cleanups, and more! 🎉

In exchange, you'll get free accommodation, plenty of time to explore the island, and the chance to be part of a fun, multicultural team where every day brings something new 🌞.

Be respectful, responsible, and considerate with guests, the team, and the space.

Be punctual and reliable for every shift.

🧹 Work Guidelines

Follow the schedule and task list.

Handle check-ins/outs, make beds, clean common areas, and keep everything welcoming.

Take initiative — if something needs doing, do it.

Join in activities and help create a friendly vibe.

🏠 Living in the Hostel

Keep your space tidy and respect shared areas.

No outside guests or sleepovers in volunteer rooms.

Respect quiet hours.

Clean up after yourself in the kitchen and be mindful of others.

🚫 Not Allowed

Disrespect or rude behavior.

Drinking or drug use on duty.

Missing shifts without notice.

Making others feel uncomfortable — this is an inclusive space.
