This role is a mix of reception duties and cleaning tasks, helping us keep our hostel running smoothly and ensuring our guests have the best experience possible with activities as well.

25 Stunden Hilfe pro Woche

Rezeption: Hilf bei Check-ins, Check-outs und Gästebetreuung.

Reinigung: Hilfe bei der Reinigung von Küche, Schlafzimmern, Badezimmern und Gemeinschaftsbereichen.

Hauswirtschaft: Hilfe beim Wechseln der Bettwäsche und allgemeiner Hauswirtschaft.

Verwaltung: Hilf bei Buchungssystemen und Zahlungen.

🏠 Living in the Hostel

Keep your space tidy and respect shared areas.

No outside guests or sleepovers in volunteer rooms.

Respect quiet hours.

Clean up after yourself in the kitchen and be mindful of others.

🚫 Not Allowed

Disrespect or rude behavior.

Drinking or drug use on duty.

Missing shifts without notice.

Making others feel uncomfortable — this is an inclusive space.
