The hostel is the perfect party hostel. The vibe is always on, the staff is super friendly, and the people you meet are amazing. There's music, drinks, and wild events every night. The volcano boarding tour was unforgettable. If you're into fun, noise, and meeting people, don't miss this place.

Buenísima experiencia! Perfecto si lo que quieres es un voluntariado donde conozcas a mucha gente y disfrutar de fiestas. La experiencia del volcán es increíble igual a todas las actividades que organizan. Se siente como diversión tu turno de trabajo y el equipo siempre está atento y amable.

I didn't realize when I applied that it would be such an amazing experience. Probably the best volunteering I did, I was directly welcomed and joined the hostel family. The shifts are really fun between volcanoes and parties and the hostel has such a special energy, you have to come and see for yourself. I loved my stay here, I created such good friendships and I will miss this crazy hostel!!! 🧡🧡

The hostel truly has become a second home to me. Everyone was lovely, the volunteers and workers as well as the travelers. The team was amazing! The work is fun and it's very fair what you get in exchange for it. Nothing will ever compare to the experiences I made and the moments I shared with the people here. The volcano boarding, of course, makes the volunteering even better and I will never get tired of the views from Cerro Negro. I would 100% recommend if you're looking for party and social vibes :)

This was my second time back at the hostel and I'm proud to say this is my second home. the hostel is so many things in one but one thing it brings is magic. The experiences and people you meet here is something that is so special and memories that will last a life time. The local people we work with are truly amazing and you can learn from them everyday and improve your Spanish and general knowledge on life itself. The manager Nunu, what a special and kind soul, now a friend for life. Workdays could be long but you never feel like you're working! 100% recommend this hostel😊

I had the best time volunteering at the hostel! If you want to party and meet amazing people this is the place to come. The work is easy and fair, and the food you're provided is able to be adapted to dietary requirements :) All the staff are lovely, definitely recommended!

I had the best time here! Stayed over Christmas and New Years and it quickly became my home away from home with the staff and other volunteers becoming family! From volcano boarding, to the beach fiesta, and beer pong tournaments, every day and night was filled with lots of fun and laughter! It was a truly amazing time and I made memories and friendships that will last a lifetime!:)

I do not recommend this experience unless you are a major extrovert who enjoys nonstop party. Myself and 2 other volunteers were let go after 4 days for “not partying hard enough”. Came to find out after I left that the manager simply didn't like us… still not sure why. The food was edible at best, manager acknowledged this on day 1 and said it is what it is. Overall, if you're someone who thrives on social interaction and loves to party, this is the perfect volunteer for you. But be warned, if you sit down for 15 seconds on the bus, you will be let go (even if it's your first day working)

We cannot recommend you as a volunteer, Payton. Although you were kind in person, your review contains false statements that misrepresent us, which is disappointing and unfair.

Our many positive reviews show the real experience volunteers have here. In your case, the role simply wasn’t a good fit, despite the 20-minute call in which we clearly explained all expectations.
