I do not have enough words to write the extent and depth of the love my heart has for the place and the people here within it, so I shall be short and sweet... My love for this family and the land here is truly endless and I'm forever thankful for the knowledge they have given me, and through their kindness and spending time in their company, have inspired my growth, faith and love to become a better person. I truly owe them so much for their endless generosity. I look forward to my dreams where I shall visit you all in Desine, to drink coffee and beer, until we meet again in the spring x

If you are interested in learning about Serbian culture and enjoy the outdoors I recommend this experience. Majority of the time I spent with Dragana helping her cook/clean and perform tasks on the property, she is an amazing kind woman and taught me so much. The work isn't difficult and you have a lot of free time to yourself. The family are genuinely kind people and helped me with everything i needed while i was in Serbia, they made me feel comfortable and at home. I am more than thankful and grateful to have met this family and learn from them I would highly recommend it to all travelers.

Esta fue la segunda vez que voy así que se imaginarán, la pasé muy bien, como la primera vez, compartimos buenos momentos y trabajamos en la huerta, no fue demasiado duro el trabajo y se adaptan a tus conocimientos y habilidades, la comida es muy rica y abundante, la van a pasar muy bien 😊✨

I had a brilliant time in the farm. Miloš and Dragana were so kind and welcoming. There was always someone around to talk to and I met some great people. We ate lots of delicious food and had plenty of coffee breaks! During my stay I got to da variety of activities like exploring a canyon, visiting a cave and going to two concerts. The work hours were very fair and Miloš has a house specifically for volunteers which is great. It was my first time volunteering and I would love to visit again in the future.

This experience was so much fun. We had an amazing stay at miloš and Draganas place! They are sweet and caring people, that will teach everything about there farm, and make sure you are comfortable. The family are so welcoming, and they took us to all sort of fun stuff. We got to taste local food, and meet a lot of people. The work was very organized and the tasks where fun, and we had a lot of free-time to enjoy with the family. This is truly an experience for life, and we still talk about Draganas goulash. We will definitely be coming back

Mi experiencia en the farm fue genial, tanto así que al no quería irme pero tengo otros lugares que visitar. Dragana, Milos y toda la familia me trataron como a uno más y compartimos momentos geniales con voluntarias que también encontré en el lugar, hicimos excursiones, aprendí sobre bailes típicos de Serbia y pude participar de uno, fue una muy linda experiencia. Las tareas son simples, hay días más pesados que otros pero en general son sencillas, todos son muy hospitalarios y se preocupan porque te sientas bien, espero volver en el futuro y compartir momentos como en esta ocasión 👌🏼✨

This was my first volunteering experience. Milos and his wife Dragana were wonderful hosts and as welcoming as the rest of the family I was really feeling at ease during the stay. I could learn a lot about gardening and how to take care of the animals of the farm. Milos have a really wide knowledge about a lot of plants, trees and mushrooms. Dragana was always available for me and explained me a lot about the diverse work on the farm. The spirit of the town is really good, everyone make you feel really the farm (speaking Serbian or not). I could learn a lot about religion and Serbian history.

Miloš and his family are so welcoming to travellers and volunteers! The space and environment we work in is not only beautiful but comfortable. A home away from home. The tasks vary from day to day and you get a real experience of what life is like for Miloš and the family in Desine. An experience I will recommend to everyone, it was absolutely awesome!

I had a great time with Milos. He and his family are very good people, they made really good food and they were always willing to help in anything or teach us any kind of tasks if we didn't know them. The house we stayed is very comfortable and the working hours are very chill

Milos is a very good host, it was my first volunteer experience and first time doing farm and he was very comprehensible, his mother makes a very good food. outsite of the tasks is a very nice person to talk with and can invite you to other activities like Aikido or some church activities. is a good experience to be in touch with nature, there is a house for the volunteers, it doesn't have wifi and is 5 minutes away of the family house.
