El hostel fue el mejor lugar para comenzar mi experiencia con WorldPackers! Los horarios y las reglas se cumplieron como acordamos, por lo que el tiempo libre durante la semana se puede aprovechar para conocer la ciudad y los alrededores. Es un lugar acogedor, lleno de personas amigables y dispuestas a ayudar. Conocí a un montón de personas que jamás olvidaré. Izzy es una persona amable y siempre dispuesto a escuchar nuestras necesidades. Lo recomiendo a ojos cerrados!

What an excelent time in Secret the hostel! The schedule was super organized and the tasks well cordinated. The work time was fair and the communication was pleasant. The hostel is a great place, no matter if you want to socialize or just rest. Izzy is one of those good, and rare, people. Somehow, the hostel can connect so many strangers and still maintain such an amazing and respectful vibe while sharing space and time.

Volunteering at the hostel was by far one of the best experiences of my trip. Communication between everyone was really good, everyone was very welcoming and it felt like home for the month of my stay. The work was very simple. Definitely recommend!!

Staying at the hostel was a wonderful experience for me. The schedule allowed for so much free time to explore Lisbon and take trips to other cities. The tasks, expectations, and communication were clear. I felt that my time was respected and appreciated. The team was wonderful and the hostel environment was social and made meeting people so easy. The room is a little small for eight people, but you won't be spending much time in there anyways! I really recommend this stay. Thanks Izzy and the rest of the UGH team! <3

I spent a month at the hostel and it was incredible. Izzy is super nice and flexible. The work is super simple and the off days allow you to discover the beautiful city of Lisbon and the country. The volunteers were very welcoming and I made real friends. For a first volunteer experience, I couldn't dream better. This is certainly one of my best experiences! I'm happy to be part of UGH's family.

Izzy es una gran persona! Siempre está alegre y pendiente de lo que necesitas. Hubo comunicación desde el primer día que se acordó el voluntariado y te da la confianza de poder contar con el si necesitas algo :) Ismael es un 10/10! El concepto del hostal me gusta mucho y la gente del staff es increíble. También le han dado oportunidades a voluntarios lo cual hace todavía más especial este lugar. El trabajo es sencillo! Las habitaciones del voluntariado son de 8 personas mixtas lo cual para mi gusto no es muy bueno y el internet de la habitación era casi nulo. Volvería definitivamente!!💘

For sure, one of the best experiences I've had so far. The exchange is fair. The host Izzy is an amazing person and very flexible, always willing to help and listen. You get to know a lot of Lisbon and other places because the days off are consecutive, this is excellent for those who want to travel and really get to know the places. The location of the Hostel is very good and it is next to the subway station, supermarket and the main park in Lisbon. I really enjoyed the experience :)

This one month spent here was amazing, could do so many things and meet a lot people that became good friends, worked in the Night Shift, which was pretty chill and I could go out and enjoy the city, Lisbon is wonderful place with a lot of history, I'm thankful for the opportunity to be part of the hostel team, hope to see them again.
