Amazing time on the farm!! Got to pack raspberries, pick limes and blackberries, and explore the Algarve. Ricardo is an amazing host and treats you like a team member. Highly recommend if you want a chill place to volunteer!

This was my first volunteering experience abroad and second solo trip. For a first volunteer job this was a very good experience. The farm was bigger than I imagined. Tasks were easy enough and had variety so that's nice. Ricardo is kind, helpful and makes sure you understand the task. All of the family was welcoming. He is flexible with arrival and leaving dates. His mom's cooking is amazing! I learned about how farm works, about Portuguese culture and berries. Wifi doesn't work in the dorm. Bed could be comfier. Especially if someone want's to stay for a month and has back problems.

Solo tengo palabras de gratitud en este lugar que fue mi primera experiencia de voluntariado. Tuve una estancia de 3 semanas en la que desarrollé diferentes tareas, entre ellas: desmalezar, pesar, podar etc. Ricardo y su madre enseñan como debes hacerlo y te acompañan en el proceso. Respecto a la comida, todo muy exquisito. Habitación cómoda. En muchas ocasiones me acercaron a diferentes lugares turísticos de la zona. Mamá de Ricardo se preocupa en todo momento por tu bienestar. Una estancia que verdaderamente te hace sentir como en casa. Dios bendiga siempre a ésta familia y sus producciones.

Foi uma experiência incrível, o Ricardo e a Neli tiveram um cuidado imenso com nós, Neli sempre fez comidas deliciosas e se preocupava com o que cada uma gostava. Conheci pessoas incríveis e fiz uma grande amiga da Espanha e em nossos dias off conhecemos vários lugares da cidade e praias lindas. Agradeço pelo carinho e disponibilidade do Ricardo e sua família, foi realmente uma experiência maravilhosa, indico para todos ❤️

Una experiencia muy bonita 😊 Tanto Ricardo como Nélia se preocupaban para que estuviésemos bien, y conociésemos lugares interesantes y eventos culturales de la zona. Hay una piscina donde nos podíamos bañar, la habitación es cómoda, la comida muy rica (yo soy vegana y no he tenido ningún problema) y el trabajo era sencillo. También he conocido a dos voluntarias muy majas durante mi estancia, juntas hacíamos excursiones. Incluso me he quedado más tiempo al final de la estancia ✨ Recomiendo

I had such a lovely experience! Ricardo and Nélia were very kind, flexible and accommodating. They made sure I had everything I needed at all times. Ricardo provided many recommendations of things to do and see in the algarve! The work was not challenging and very reasonable. It is very hot so be prepared and bring mosquito spray :) Nélia's cooking was exceptional and it will be missed! Great volunteer experience with so many beautiful beaches to explore after working and on your days off. Thank you so much Ricardo and Nélia!!

The work was not exhausting, living there was warm and welcoming! Transportation in that area is not good, but uber and bolt are cheap apps there. The only thing I found a bit uncomfortable was that the bathroom was inside the house, far from our room. I recommend this volunteering!

Ricardo and Nelia were such incredible hosts. They were very attentive the entire time so that we didn't lack anything, the working hours were fair and the work is enjoyable. The place was amazing and we enjoyed so much our free time going to so many beaches around.

I really enjoyed my time at the farm. It is perfect to get in touch with nature and learn some things about farming. The work was easy and everything was explained well. Ricardo was flexible with working hours and days off. Ricardo and Nelia were very both really welcoming. They had many recommendations about what to do, gave me a ride and Nelia made delicious food. Thanks for this lovely experience!
