It has been a personally enriching experience, although there are some things that I think could have been improved. The hostel and in general the Bundoran area is quite quiet during the week and completely crazy during the weekends (in autumn). I would have liked to be able to surf more, but here the car is a must if you want to enjoy the area and visit other areas, as the bus schedules are not very extensive and the town is quite small, in a week you have seen everything.

Thanks Danni glad you enjoyed your time. In winter often you need a car or a lift to explore surf. In spring/summer the swells are better for local beaches for beginner surfers
