Hello travelers! Our NGO is focused on helping the vulnerable population in the community ,offering free education to upgrade the community for less fortunate. We welcome all volunteers with skills and experience in teaching, helping kids to speak English, playing with kids and helping them in sports.

No words to describe my time with Nelima at Bethesda school. So inspiring to see the determination of every single child and the teachers to make life better for themselves. Nelima has done an amazing job with setting up the school for those in need. I was welcomed with open arms and thoroughly enjoyed my time. Nelima was kind, considerate and helped my stay be as fantastic as possible. Highly recommend and I cannot wait to come back to visit my Kenyan family🩷

I hosted Natasha and she was so a wonderful person in our project. She really played big role in school of needy children by teaching them basic languages.
Natasha always was well collaborated with children and staff members. For was a very hard working teaching of mathematics ,English and science and Technology.
Natasha will remain in our heart forever for being kind and generous person. Natasha made kids actively in various
activities like games and sports .
Natasha you are welcome again and again the kids will miss uou but in God's we trust hopefully to meet you again.

My experience at Bethesda was incredible, much better than I could imagine. Children are wonderful, always eager to learn anything, and giving you a lot of love from day one. Nelima is a great host, always caring about the children and the organization, she knows many interesting things about Kenya and its culture. The staff made me feel at home, they also teach you many things about their culture and ask you about yours. The area is incredible for those who enjoy country life, all corn plantations, and has the city nearby, where you can buy everything. 100% recommended. I want return.

I appreciates Arturo for being hard working volunteer. He has a beautiful heart towards children. He was good coach and Spanish teacher and a loving, always kids feel happy with Arturo.

Bethesda kids are absolutely amazing and bring yourself back to what love and life means. ¿Too cheezy? Probably, yet very much true in my heart. My big suggestions for future volunteers are: 1. Get cash and a SIM card at the airport with allot of GB. You will need it and you should definitely not rely on eSIM cards nor WiFi. 2. READ with these kids! They love it and they don't have time in their other classes for it.

My stay at Bethesda was a wonderful experience. The opportunity to teach such amazing children, who have nothing more than love in their hearts, is something I will never forget. While communication between the host and volunteers could be challenging at times, these instances were rare for me. The teachers and host made me feel incredibly welcome, ensuring I felt right at home. Their efforts greatly enriched my experience of village life. I highly recommend coming and experiencing this organization and helping them grow as much as possible.

You are the volunteer whom my heart likes same to all staff likes you so much.what you have said was true .In your departure things went astray everything was hard for me.
Please let us work together to strengthen our organization. Even now I'm finding difficult to feed the children the food that you left was over.no body cares.
We like you we need you come back again.
