La experiencia en el centro de meditación ha sido muy buena. Aprendí a meditar y a valorar la importancia del silencio. A mi parecer el impacto hubiera sido más grande si durante los días de silencio no se trabaja con el resto de voluntarios. Me faltó soledad para depurar todas la emociones que van saliendo. Aún así me llevo grandes aprendizajes y a grandes personas que he conocido. Gracias!

I have no words to describe how amazing this experience was! If you want to learn more about Buddhism and the Center that's the place! All the staff and the monks we absolutely lovely, we did a lot of gardening and I had the opportunity to learn more about myself and my mind!

I stayed at the Center for 11 days. It was amazing to live the same way as the bhikkhuni and get to know yourself more due to the Center. The volunteer work is kinda satisfying to do, it goes from cleaning up leaves to chopping wood. The people you meet at this place are all so kindhearted and easily to connect with. All in all I think the price of 200 baht is quite a bargain, it would certainly be worth double that.

Mi experiencia en el centro no pudo ser mejor. Es completamente diferente a todo lo vivido hasta ahora. Compartir el día a día con las Bhikkhunīs (siempre recordaré sus sonrisas y su simpatía) y el resto de voluntarios (gente muy afín, ya que no todo el mundo elige esta experiencia) es algo que podría haber hecho durante mucho más tiempo! Aprendí mucho con la meditación y el chanting con ellas. El trabajo no siempre es fácil (sobre todo por el calor), pero es reconfortante. Lo que recibes a cambio de lo que trabajas, sin duda es más de lo esperado GRACIAS! Ojalá pueda volver pronto:)

Loved my time there! All of the work was simple and was more for your own mindfulness than difficult work. Everyone made me feel so welcomed and I loved learning about Buddhism and practicing the Center. I recommend!

It was the first volunteering experience for me and it was really an amazing one! The monks (especially Panya and Anya) taught me a lot about the Center and Bhuddism. The work varied most of the time, so I was never bored. I will miss the volunteers and monks I met there and the engaging conversations with them and of course the dogs too. I would highly recommend this place to anyone that appreciates a structured lifestyle and wants to learn about the Center and Bhuddism. If you visit the Dhuntanga the Center, please pet Popcorn for me :)

Good experience and nice time with the monks. My only complaint is for the stray dogs that live there and can be unpredictable sometimes.

Experiência muito enriquecedora! O trabalho, muitas vezes é pesado, mas é dividido em 3 horários, fazendo com que fique mais equilibrado. Todos extremamente gentis e sorridentes. Adorei experimentar vários doces típicos. Tive a oportunidade de me conectar com várias pessoas de outros países. Recomendo sem dúvidas!

Unforgettable experience! Be ready to work with amazing, like-minded volunteers, great staff, and strong female monks. They are just an inspiration. It was my first volunteer experience and it couldn't have a better start. I worked hard, give 100% of myself to the program, and as a benefit, I learned about Buddhism, lived with female monks (I will never forget), practiced the Center in a consistent way for 10 days, ate delicious food every day and met so many lovely people from all over the world. I recommend this program to anyone who wants to commit 100% of themselves to this experience.

This was my first volunteering and I couldn't had asked for a better one! I had an amazing time here, where I met people all over the world and learned a lot about the Center and buddhism. Punya is an amazing human being and has a lot of knowledge to spread for everybody. I will definitely come back soon.
