My experience at the hostel was amazing! All of the staff and the other volunteers were so kind and joyful! This is a great place to come if you are looking to meet a lot of people and getting to know all kinds of cultures and places where others are coming from. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here and if given the opportunity, I would come back!

The hostel was a great place to stay in Dresden- cozy place and the work is easy. Lots of time just to meet other guests and to explore the city. Thank you Martin, Julianna, and all of the receptionists!

Staying at the hostel was an unforgettable moment of a lifetime. I felt at home and enjoyed every moment we shared there. As the other volunteers said, we had a problem with the breakfast and we felt really uncomfortable with the way it was handled. Besides that, the only problem was that we were mistreated by one member who was rude to us at different times and supposed that we weren't doing our job properly and should pay for the beds. However, it didn't affect my experience at the hostel, I'm really happy and words can't express how grateful I'm.

Fue mi primera vez como voluntaria y lo recomiendo mucho, todos los días conoces gente nueva, el personal es muy amable, estuve en un cuarto con los otros voluntarios lo cual fue mucho más cómodo para mi, el lugar es muy bonito y te hacen sentir como en casa. Lo único fue que no tuve desayuno todos los días y los días que tuve fue pan. Aún así, la pasé muy bien, volvería a visitar este lugar. Muchas gracias el hostel ♥️

Generally everything was great at the hostel, it really felt like home all the time. All the tasks and work was flexible and easy to do. Also the whole staff was very kind and friendly. The location and everything was perfect! The only thing that I would delete from the offer is the breakfast, because we didn't have any breakfast. We just had the chance to take the left over bread, and most of the time i didn't take it because it was too hard. But the rest was all fine. Is just good to know about the breakfast before getting there,so you can manage your finances or so. Thx the hostel for experience!

Dear Catalina, thank you so much for your honest review bout your stay with us. We are very happy that you enjoyed it here so much. As for teh breakfast I need to answer that you stayed with us in that period of time where we transformed out of the Covid lockdown and just started agaib to offer breakfast. As we did not perform so well with this in the beginning we could not afford to offer a full breakfast to our volunteers then. So we asked you to return the plastic bottles that are leftover from our guests and get your own breakfast in return from that money. That was the only choice we had. But that changed in between. Our volunteers get now their breakfast from the buffet and so this should be solved from our side. We are very sorry that this was a problem for you. We wish you all the best. Kind regards. The whole team at the hostel is always more than nice to you, and you get to meet people everyday. This has been one of my favorite experiences as a volunteer and I am really grateful for all the memories created at this beautiful home, everyone who have stayed here says the same about the hostel: this is home and you always feel a part of a family. I have nothing but great wishes for everyone I've met in this place, thanks the hostel and thanks Martin for the opportunity!

La experiencia fue muy grata, mi voluntariado en el hostal ha sido el mejor que he tenido dentro de los que he realizado. Martin y todo el equipo son gente muy amable y flexibles con los tiempos, el hostal es muy acogedor y muy auténtico, lo recomiendo totalmente!
