He estado dos semanas en este hostal y ha sido una muy buena experiencia! Justo ahora es temporada baja y entre todas las voluntarias podiamos hacer las tareas bastante rapido. La ubicacion del hostal es genial, muy cerca de un tren que sube a la montaña. Los el hostel son impactantes y muy bonitos, ahora con la nieve no podiamos hacer todas las rutas pero las que estan abiertas son preciosas. El hostal es muy acogedor y rapidamente te sientes comodo. El resto de voluntarios y el anfitrión Marián han sido encantadores y han hecho que mi experiencia sea mucho mas divertida Gracias :)

I loved my time at the hostel! It was my first volunteering and it definetly convinced me to do more of them. It was the low season so we didn't have a lot of work to do, which allowed me to discover the hostel fully and it was amazing! The host Marian was really nice and we really had a great time with him and the team of volunteers. We had movie nights, little parties and lots of hiking together, so I really felt at home for two weeks. Will definitly remember this experience and all the fun I had. If you love the mountains and people, I can only recommend this place!:)

Minha experiência foi incrível! O hostel é pequeno e super aconchegante, com áreas comuns ótimas, os quartos com cortinas em cada cama e aquecimento em toda parte. Por ser baixa temporada não tínhamos muitos hospedes, o que tornou o trabalho muito mais fácil! O anfitrião era super compreensivo e flexível em relação as horas. A vista das montanhas e as trilhas são de tirar o fôlego. Super recomendo!

Thank you for such a lovely volunteering. I Had a Lot of fun with the other Volunteers and the Host Marian . He is very friendly and also gives you recommondations on what to See and do. We always played games and watch Movies together, which made it feel like a Little Family. The task in the hostel are very easy (cleaning, making beds). I volunteered during off Season, so there was not so much to do, which gave me the opportunity to hike and see a Lot of the hostel. If you love the nature, this Place should be on your List. 😊

Overall I had a really good time working at the hostel, the work was very light and had plenty of time to explore because it was low season and not a lot of guests. If you want to do hiking and like being outdoors, this is a good place for you. Special thanks to the manager Lisa, she really made the experience <3

I had a great time during my stay at the hostel! The location of the hostel is amazing and you get plenty of opportunities to hike around the hostel Tatras. The jobs that we had to do were pretty simple however at times a lack of management led to long hours and unscheduled work. The people, both guests and volunteers, you meet here are amazing though and definitely add to the experience!

The hostel is well-maintained and very welcoming. Its location is ideal for exploring the hostel Tatras and exploring new routes every day. The other volunteers I met made this experience a lot of fun. On the other hand, Lisa (the host) was incredibly attentive throughout and took great care with every detail. I would recommend this experience if you like the mountains.

My experience at Hiker's hostel was great, the place is nice, the nature surrounding truly amazing, and the people I was volunteering with were super cool! Lisa the hostel manager makes you feel truly at home, and does everything so that you have the best stay possible! Thank you so much Lisa:)

Although the hostel is super nice and the surrounding area is beautiful, there were a lot of tasks and benefits highlighted in the experience that were not offered upon arrival. If you're looking for a more laidback independent kind of experience with a lot of freedom to explore nature, I'd definitely recommend this experience.

I had a great time and can recommend this experience. From time to time it was a little chaotic because the project is still new but I am sure everything will get sorted out in the future. The work was easy-going due to me visting off-season. If you want a full house you might rather choose a stay during summer. Anyways, the mountains do not disappoint. I, personally, wanted to see some snow and I did not only that but frozen waterfalls and lakes. It was great.
