We’re a laid-back, family-style hostel right in the heart of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, in a super well-connected area that makes it easy to explore the island by scooter, car, or public transport.

We love sharing cultures, hanging out, and doing things together. Whenever we can, we get together to cook, eat, and enjoy good vibes as a group. We really value our volunteers’ input — we’re always open to new ideas and creative suggestions, and if it fits the hostel’s vibe, we’re happy to bring them to life.

We’re looking for active, responsible volunteers with positive energy, who are eager to learn, collaborate, and be part of the team. The role mainly involves reception support and general hostel tasks, for 30 hours per week with two days off. In exchange, we offer free accommodation in a shared room. We’re easygoing and approachable, but we also value commitment. And when there’s free time, we enjoy sharing, relaxing, and creating great moments together. We appreciate open-minded, social people who enjoy interacting with both guests and staff.
