Red Crow Cafe
We are located in the central interior of BC have fun learning real Canadian culture hanging out in a small town helping in the garden and greenhouse to keep place clean , learn how to make the best pizzas ever !
We have a small house on the lake to stay in with a greenhouse and pizza cafe walking distance away on the highway , you get good food and lots of things to do if you like hiking biking swimming or skiing in the winter

I had such an amazing time at the Red Crow Café.
It was a wonderful experience. I met many lovely locals who greeted me warmly instantly. You learn quickly how to prepare the dishes and serve the guests. Since it was winter and there weren't many customers, I had the opportunity to pursue my hobbies, for which I'm very grateful. Rick explains everything very clearly and shows you everything you need to know beforehand. The atmosphere was very relaxed, and I had a lot of freedom. I can definitely recommend it, as you meet so many great new people. Rick is such a kind soul and truly cares!

Rick, thanks for letting me stay in Lac La Hache. Unfortunately I had to leave earlier but the experience in Lac La Hache was so valuable! I’ve learned a lot about working in a kitchen, learned a lot about me. I really miss making pizza dough.
I would truly recommend this experience. But be aware that this is a quiet place. But it’s on you how you create your time!

My time at Red Crow was a unique and unforgettable experience! Rick is a super host and gave me the opportunity to indulge in the kitchen and with baking as often as I wanted! The work is a lot of fun and most of the customers are kind and curious about you. During the winter there is not much to do in Lac la hache, but if you want to become an expert in pool or skiing or skating Rick and his friends are the best people to help you! Thank you Rick, Bill and Heather for welcoming me and making me feel at home :)

Rick is a really good host! I feel comfortable when I stay with him. He always encourages me to do the things I want to do. The customers most are very kind and polite. And I tried my first time skiing here! It's awesome 😍(thanks a lot for Bill teach me how to skii) The only thing need to consider is the working time. It's long time. Finally recommend to come the time Rick is here.
