Fromagerie Moreau

Viens découvrir la fabrication et la dégustation des fromages. A la fabrique il y a beaucoup de travail, du savoir faire, l'équipe aime partager.
A la maison : une bonne ambiance entre amis, des musiciens (je joue de la flûte avec un guitariste et une accordéoniste)
Avec mon ami Jean-Charles, nous aimons recevoir, et sommes souvent invités chez nos amis. LGBT friendly bien sûr.

Nous aimons bien recevoir des stagiaires ou volontaires, et partager notre savoir faire. L'équipe de 12 salariés est sympathique et travaille dans la bonne humeur.

it was my first experience as a volunteer. Jean-luc is kind, humble and smart, somebody that you can learn very much about. He introduce me with a lot of their friends, all very kind and respectful also. He was always active offering things to do and places to know. The working time is respected, 3 hours at the morning in my case, also the people there are very nice, knowing French can make things much easier while communicating with the coworkers. Besides those hours there is not problem because Jean-luc speaks english very well. Overall, an excellent experience.

Aaaa, quelle expérience magnifique et intense j'ai vécue à la Fromagerie Monroe ! Jean-Luc est un hôte formidable qui m'a tout de suite mis à l'aise. J'ai découvert tout le processus de fabrication de son fromage de chèvre traditionnel et j'ai tissé des liens avec toute l'équipe. Le travail est passionnant et ils nous apprennent à le faire. J'ai tellement apprécié cette expérience que je suis resté plus longtemps que prévu. Un grand merci, mon ami ! C'était un vrai plaisir de passer du temps avec toi !

Joao Pedro is a very nice guy, easy going, we spent nearly 5 weeks working hard at the end of the year but having so much fun nights and week end. Having good discussions, playing music or singing with friends at home.
