Welcome to Dolphins Hostel 🐬

We’re a 1 year old, huge and super clean new hostel in the heart of Hoi An! We are the closest hostel to town which means you can walk everywhere. We currently have space for 222 guests making us the biggest hostel in Central Vietnam. There’s a full bar and restaurant, pool table, foosball, swimming pool with raised balcony for drinks/dinner + outside bar, huge walk in showers, male/female separate floors and toilets/bathrooms, a tour desk selling bus tickets, tours and many other travel related trips…the list goes on! 🤯

Socially we have an awesome common area where people can chill or chat to guests as well as many events such as; pub crawls, pub quiz, free walking tours, game nights, pool parties & BBQ’s! This is the number one hostel in Central Vietnam. Take a look at our reviews!

What do we need from you?
We need outgoing party people to be king or queen of vibes! Socially confident, approachable and fun loving. Down to party and get the group together. This is a very social role aimed at those that love people and care about customer service. There’s zero cleaning and no admin work, it’s all about talking with people. We also accept people for social media roles. In exchange for your help you’ll get:

I'm the manager, Adam. I live and breath Vietnam having travelled over 40,000km here in the last two years. I was head hunted for this role because I've worked in and managed hostels. I know customer service and my job here is to create the best hostel in Central Vietnam, I understood the assignment! We sold out the womens only floor in just 10 weeks, with the whole hostel being fully booked in just 11 weeks. On Booking.com we have been the most booked hostel in all of Central Vietnam from since late Feb 2024. This is testament to the owners and staff who are all amazing. Basically, we care. We care about the people and realise by looking after the people first, the money and the good times will come later. The staff have all been involved with the owners for many years with only a few newbies who are meticulously vetted. The cleaners are champions, we couldn't run Dolphins Hostel without their hard work, they are the unsung heros here. Security are experienced and are key to the operation. Trusted men who can also operate the huge surveillance network here, help guests with bags, manage access to rooms when keycards are lost, and stop any unwelcome guests entering the premises. The service team for the bar and the restaurant are the jokers! They will always be smiling and laughing a lot. They bring the atmosphere up a level and are always there to help. The receptionists have a tough job but manage very well. A customer facing role with a lot of logistic and problem solving too, they are vital to the smooth running of the hostel. Dolphins Hostel overall is a team effort, and we want you to be part of the team! You'll get treated very well here but we do need you to work/engage with guests. Your room will be so comfortable, we can help you with anything whilst you're here, discounts on many things, free breakfast & dinner, lots of free drinks (although no worries if you don't drink, teetotal volunteers welcomed too, our first volunteer was and he was amazing). This is a socially intense role, I can't stress this enough.
