A young(ish) positive outlook, fun and experienced host welcomes you in an incredible location on the Atlantic Ocean in the most beautiful part of Ireland.
We are a luxury guesthouse with the most beautiful gardens and architecture.

as a host I create a fun team atmosphere with volunteers taking defined roles to help out sometimes we need you inside the house, sometimes outside in the gardens - and in return there are lots of free facilities you can use. We have Kayaks, Wetsuits, we have a small petrol scooter for our Worldpacker guests to use to explore the neighbourhood

The guesthouse is located on a private beach, there a beautiful country and coastal walks all around us and long undeveloped beaches for surf lessons.
I'm hoping to create a great team for projects to collaborate all throughout the year so we can all create great memories of this special place and make a great time and shared goal together.

I traveled as a backpacker in my 20's ( a long time ago) and is is still one of my best times of my life. I want to help other people enjoy this important time as much as I did. The work here will be hard...its physical and if enough people come together it will be more like fun than work...in the end we will be proud ofwhat we achieve together...

Barrow House is a luxury Guesthouse which opens April until October and we want to make a beautiful environment in nature and deliver a top rated service to our guests . We are experienced volunteer hosts ( Workaway ) and will look after our Volunteers as friends. We are very well travelled and have experienced backpacking and world travel ourselves. In return for a private well equipped space to live, with meals and free schooter travel I will ask for your commitment of energy and time as I rely on Worldpacker volunteers to provide real meaningful assistance. I need mature adults and responsible volunteers to carry their responsibilities each working day. I am looking for mature self sufficient volunteers who will respect the business as a busy guest house and will be flexible to respond when the schedule changes each day. We want the volunteers to be involved with the guests if learning English is part of your goals for travel.
