Abaco Neem Farm

If they enjoy working in nature and learning about organic farming. Health and wellness then they will enjoy our farm experience. They will work along with us in the field doing various jobs such as raking, weeding, pruning and depending on their talents work on marketing and social media projects.

We don't require any previous experience of our volunteer and we will provide all necessary instructions. We all work as a team and we welcome everybody who is full of motivation and good energy.
We decide on the daily chores/jobs the evening before as most of our jobs are outdoors and we have to follow weather conditions.
We expect a minimum of 5 hours to 8 hours daily for a 5 day week.

We are a Bahamian couple with mediterranean influences and we have a young male Indian employee who lives on the farm with us. We work together and treat each other with mutual respect. We share meals together while we enjoy our privacy as well.
