I loved how there was a mutual understanding of the expectations of hosts and volunteers. However, I would say the videos are too long and could be more concise. Also, more visuals would be better with pictures (moving pictures) to help me visualise and understand points made. Also, the part talking about hosts and volunteers making money could be more clear and should include a step-by-step process.
