As a beginner in this field, I was unsure of what to expect from this journey or whether I was even capable of it. This course cleared almost all the doubts I had about accommodation, working hours, communication and especially loved the part about " what to do in unexpected situations". One cannot expect everything to go smoothly all the time, so it's helpful to be prepared and aware of how to handle those situations. Overall, I highly recommend this course to anyone who is starting this journey and is completely new to it, like I was.
