The topics covered are crucial and important. The form of presenting them is not that engaging and is pretty general. Maybe going into more specific examples could help with bringing concepts like "non-violent" communication closer to being understood, rather than just saying, "You should use non-violent communication".

My biggest takeaway was that the relationship between the host and the volunteer is one of mutual exchange, which was explained several times. It's good to clearly define these principles for people who want to volunteer and host over the website.
