I viewed it as a concise, beginner friendly program that gives a clear introduction to volunteering and cultural exchange through their platform. It covers how to find and communicate with hosts and what to expect during placements and how to handle common challenges which clearly helps us feel more confident and prepared. While it’s practical and easy to follow it’s general in nature and best suited for newcomers.
