It' very important to receive some suggestions and know that someone can help you if something goes wrong particularly with the host.
Underline the importance of positive and negative feedbacks is something that we are not use hear in our society. Keep going in this way.
Also the non-violent communication is an essencial point these days, as we have to change the way we speak to each other, more sensible, focus not only on our reason, but also work on empathy and listing in a very and truly active way without distraction.
