A helpful introduction for someone with no previous experience. I learned the basics and now I’m eager to practice in real hostels to understand it better. The instructor explained everything in a simple, accessible way, which I really appreciated. I’d love to see this course offered in English too, so it can reach more people around the world and be even more universal.
