It help to prepare hostel application, to be reassured about some technical details : what will my missions be ? do I need to be fluent in the langage spoke in the country I will go ? Do I need to already have hostel experience ?

This course gave me more insight on integrating into a hostel while volunteering! I have been worried that the first day would be stressful and it may be difficult to get started but this course soothed a lot of my worries! Recognizing that people are flexible and happy to have you as part of the family was great reassurance and makes me excited to get started!
