This is a great introduction to volunteering in hostels, especially if you haven't stayed, or volunteered at one before. It's a valuable insight into what you'll be doing and what's expected of you. I highly recommend watching it before you apply.

I liked especially the last 2 videos, and the very last makes me feel more comfortable in my first experience.

For me was a bit uncomfortable to listen as in Portuguese, so need to very careful reading the subtitles
