me gusto mucho, de hecho el servicio al cliente me parece super importante a tener en cuenta a la hora de trabajar en hospitalidad. Estudio Turismo y Hotelería y todo el tiempo se habla de eso y como manejar distintas situaciones, ser servicial, estar predispuestos ante distintas situaciones..
