I really liked the 4 testimonials, especially Meagan's, about how when applying for a position, you should describe what was requested in the job listing, indicating that you read the host's profile, explain why you chose this position, and how you can help. As for Andrea's testimonial, I found two important pieces of information: asking about the work shifts and whether there will be other volunteers.
