Luz Celeste is a gem. She puts so much effort and care into what she does. She always has a smile on her face and her laugh is contagious. She added so much to our volunteer program and has set a great example for our other volunteers. I tasked her to be our early morning receptionist and she killed it! Guests loved her and the pancakes she made with them. When she has suggestions on how to improve things, listen to her! She's been amazing and I hope to work with her again in the future. Luz Celeste is always welcome back to the Northshore Hostel. Do yourself a favor and hire her!
Gerald and Terrance, they can teach people how to be a great host! :D They distribute the tasks very well, connecting with the volunteers, finding time to spend together and always taking everybody everywhere around the island! The hostel has become a home for me, being always around nice people and learning about others way to live life! I truly appreciate all the effort that staff and volunteers put in the project and making the hostel a wonderful place to stay. Even the guest can feel all the good vibes around! :) Love u guys and we will meet somewhere else around the world! Great job!!

Celeste was an asset to our team. She came into this volunteer position with a lot of experience. She was dependable and she offered us excellent feedback for how to grow our work exchange volunteer program. I would highly recommend Celeste for any future world packers opportunities.
Perfect place to be in contact with the nature, the nights from the guest house have been amazing, watching the starry sky almost every night!! The vibes are wonderful because there is so many beautiful volunteers, committed and fun. Found good friends there! You can no be boring, the duties are easy to complete and there is many places to visit around the island. You can eat the fruit from the trees in the property and enjoy the waterfall every day! Mat (host), open for feedbacks and trying every time to make it easier to the volunteers. Thanks.

Having noted her extensive work experience, I hired Luz without having conducted an interview. She proved to be flexible, diligent, and qualified beyond her duties and my most ambitious expectations. She epitomizes hostel culture, balancing professionalism with an adventurous, inclusive sociability. Today for example, she invited our staff to go sailing (: Luz's contributions were hugely valuable during a time of great change and transition. I only wish I could have been more present while she was with us and nearer to her infectious spirit!
Share my time in the hostel has been really nice, the volunteers keep it great! Super clean, nice atmosphere!! The area is just amazing and you can go everywhere from there! Hollywood is a very safe neighborhood. We went to paint one night to celebrate a volunteer's birthday, and we had a lot of fun!! Enjoy my painting next time you visit the hostel!! :D I hope I can meet again the nice people that I have met in the hostel!
