It was a great pleasure to host Lucia. She is very well organized, a great problem solver also in difficult situations and very helpful! She has a very nice smiling behaviour, very sincere and open to share advice from her working and volunteering past experiences. She can learn fast and she is also very flexible. It was nice to have her here and I am very grateful for all her help!

It was a great experience! If you are looking for a hostel experience, connecting with local and international people and improving English and Italian, the hostel is your place! Caterina and Tancredi introduce you in the city, They will help you in everything and will make you participate in projects to improve the hostel. The work is simple and easy and they let you organize yourself however you want :)

Lucia is an amazing person, she has great skills of communication and problem-solving. She learns everything very quickly and she gave us good ideas from her hostel experiences! She was a great part of our staff!
