Great tips. Another one I would add to help motivate is for you or whoever runs the volunteer program to be involved in the projects as much as possible. If you are not involved, make sure you clearly communicate why and let them know their service is really important and because of their service you can be free to do xyz which will enable the vision to become a reality much faster than without having them. If you sometimes help do the basic jobs, even if just an hour a day, they will feel like everyone is on the same team. If they feel you are motivated to help and create with them they feel like their service is supportive to a bigger mission.

World Packers want a collaborative experience...they don't want to feel like slaves or less worthy than anyone, and your efforts, language, and attitude matters :)

what can i do if the volunteer complete his or her task before time is not finish

or can am extend the volunteer time if she/ he like it
