Programa detallado

Our volunteer program is designed to offer a meaningful cultural exchange while teaching you the basics of hostel reception and guest hospitality. Upon arrival, you’ll receive training on our procedures, check-in system, guest support, and daily routines.
You’ll be part of a friendly international environment, helping create a welcoming atmosphere for travelers from around the world. Volunteers also have access to shared spaces, kitchen, and community events.

We are looking for friendly and responsible volunteers to join our reception team. No previous experience is required — full training will be provided.

In exchange for 6 hours of activities per day, with 2 days off per week, we offer:

Actividades & Turnos

Volunteers support our reception and guest-related tasks, including:
Greeting guests and giving them a warm welcome
Assisting with check-ins and check-outs
Answering simple questions about the city, transportation, food, and activities
Keeping reception and common areas tidy
Helping guests feel comfortable and informed
Occasionally assisting with small tasks depending on guest flow

Shifts:
6 hours per day
2 days off per week
Schedule arranged in advance with the team
