Programa detallado

As a team member, you’ll have the most direct interactions with our guests, helping create an unforgettable experience by spreading your positive energy. You’ll be their first point of contact for any inquiries or questions, and you'll be responsible for organizing tours, surf classes, and shuttles. When working at the bar, you’ll not only serve our hostel guests but also engage with the local community, mixing drinks and maintaining a lively, welcoming atmosphere.

Actividades & Turnos

Start your day off right! Enjoy a coffee in the morning, take a relaxing beach walk, or unwind by the pool before your shift.

Shift details:

Our shifts are typically 7 to 8 hours long.

Morning shifts start at 8 AM, where you’ll open the hostel and reception, and finish by 3 PM.
Afternoon shifts begin at 3 PM, with the responsibility of closing up the hostel by 11 PM.
Bar shifts run from 3 PM to 11 PM as well.

When you're off the clock, feel free to play some pool at the bar with our local guests, join in on our events, and fully immerse yourself in the local lifestyle.
