Volunteer at our vibrant new hostel near El Tunco, El Salvador! Help with reception, cleaning, event planning, bar service, and pool/garden upkeep. Work 5 hours a day, 5 days a week, with plenty of time to explore the area. We’re looking for an outgoing, friendly, and laid-back person who’s excited to create an amazing experience for our guests. Stay for at least one month and enjoy life in paradise! 🌞🌴

Are you looking for an unforgettable experience in one of the most beautiful and laid-back places in El Salvador? Come join our team at our brand-new hostel near the surf haven of El Tunco! We're on the hunt for an enthusiastic, friendly, and motivated individual to join us for a minimum of one month and help make our hostel feel like a home away from home for our guests.

As a volunteer, you’ll be part of a small, tight-knit team where every day is a new adventure. Your role will involve a mix of activities, including:

Reception: Welcoming guests with a warm smile and helping them feel at ease as they check in.

Housekeeping: Maintaining a clean and cozy atmosphere by changing beds and tidying up the communal spaces.

Event Coordination: Helping guests organize fun, memorable events that capture the spirit of El Tunco.

Bar Assistance: If you’re a fan of great conversations and drinks, you’ll be working at the bar, serving up good vibes with our guests.

Pool & Garden Maintenance: Enjoy the outdoors while keeping our pool sparkling clean and the garden lush and inviting.

The position requires 5 hours a day, 5 days a week, giving you plenty of time to explore the surrounding beaches, hike, or just chill with other travelers. We’re looking for someone who is bubbly, outgoing, and ready to bring their positive energy to the team. But above all, we want someone who’s relaxed, enjoys a good work-life balance, and embraces the chilled-out vibe of El Tunco.
