Programa detallado

Our project is centered at a permaculture education center in Satuek District, Northeastern Thailand, where volunteers learn practical permaculture techniques. You’ll put this knowledge into practice by helping revive the temple garden, creating a vibrant, sustainable space for the community to enjoy.

IMPORTANT: Accommodation is at the Green Angel Project House (which is my home and main life project), located 1 km from the temple and we provide bicycles. Volunteers have access to a kitchen, fan, mosquito net, and free drinking water. Our food is Vegan.

From January to March, the weather is very dry, so we focus on preparing compost instead of planting. Starting in late April, we begin to grow new plants, and by late May, the rainy season helps the garden flourish.

I work closely with volunteers during this process. Together, we make compost using the many dry leaves from the temple’s trees. We build it in layers, like a sandwich. with dry leaves, cow manure, and Effective Microorganisms (EM).

While volunteering, you’ll also have the chance to learn about local herbs and Thai cooking during free time. This is a great opportunity to experience sustainable gardening, cultural exchange, and community life.
