The experience at the hostel was totally great. We got a clean bed, free breakfast, with everything needed. Toh truly cared and made sure we had great time. The task was easy, we worked 5 hours at the bar everyday, mainly sold drinks and made cocktails. I had very good time with all the guests, and everyone was welcomed. I truly thank Toh for this experience and I totally recommend this.

It was a great experience, I recommend it! The host was very attentive and communicated with us in person, always making sure we were comfortable and had a good experience. The beds are very comfortable and the place is clean. Thank you Toh-San and staff! 😊

It is a really great experience in Bangkok, Toh is an awesome person and he is always taking care of the volunteers. If you apply, take in count the breakfast is simple with some bread, ceral and juice. But if you need something bigger, food is really cheap around, so it is not a reason to skip the experience here. Job is simple and you can always find a way to help with the growth of the hostel that is new there. Coming back in April because it is really cool. See you soon Toh!

Thank you Cristian for the volunteering @Area81 Hideout Hostel. He be quiet a bit, polite and good communication. He had the responsiblity and flexible for the shift. We had a good time and I would love to recommend him to the other hosts.

My experience at area 81 was really nice. Toh is the best host ever and really makes you feel like home. The work was easy and really flexible if you wanted to change times. Toh really went out of his way to make sure we got everything we need and to make sure the volunteers were bonding together. Thankyou so much, i've hax 2 great weeks at area 81! :))

Cozy, comfy,relax and lovely place the hostel! I had great time in there. I would recommend to anyone who like to sleep in a quiet place, having fun and party one or two day in a week. Not hard shift, you should work at bars or activities,the only thing it would be better if the schedule, activities are more originized. Also when I need help, they try to help me,staff are welcoming. Would come back to visit! 🌸🫶🏻

It is a lovely chill hostel close to everything but still in a street that's not too noisy. The host Toh is the absolute sweetest, and the best person I've ever worked for. I met some really cool people who vollenteered with me, and also a lot of nice people living in the hostel. It really didn't feel like work to be honest because it was a pleasure being there. It's like your second home, and I felt very comfortable there. I recommend it big time.

J'ai passé un merveilleux séjour à Bangkok dans cet hostel, tout le monde était très gentil, agréable et souriant. Et l'hostel est très bien placé dans le centre de Bangkok. Je conseille vivement cet hôte. Un grand merci à eux pour leur accueil.
