Ah sido una experiencia muy bonita cuidando a los perritos. He llegado a quererlos mucho. Jonathan, Samara, Carlos y Fernanda me recibieron super bien desde el primer día. Me ha gustado mucho compartir con ellos y con otras chicas voluntarias que me han ayudado a mejorar mucho mi inglés. Jonathan el anfitrión es una muy buena persona siempre dispuesto a ayudarte en lo que necesites, dispuesto a servir, apoyar y a dar siempre más. Tenía una ONG espero que pueda volver a abrirla de nuevo porque su corazón es muy grande y siempre quiere ayudar a los que más lo necesitan. Gracias Jonathan y todos❤

Yo tuve una experiencia muy bonita aquí y me conecté especialmente con el staff, lo que me hizo sentir como que hacía parte de una familia guatemalteca. Las actividades son tranquilas y no salen del que fue acordado. Jonathan es muy flexible y el equipo deja la rutina muy divertida y con buen ambiente. Seguramente recomiendo la experiencia y advierto de que será difícil decir adiós a esa familia!

Realmente una experiencia maravillosa, me encanto el trabajo con los niños y las madres, los llevaré siempre en el corazón. Es una forma increíble de conectar con la organización 🇬🇹 con su gente bella. Claudia es una mujer muy activa que hace un trabajo muy bello en San Antonio. Por mejorar creo que aveces el horario se extiende más de lo acordado pero creo que si estás disfrutándolo y no tienes muchos otros compromisos no será un problema. Espero en algún momento volver y poder seguir aportando a esta bella causa.

En esperanza estuve un mes,la comunicación del equipo de la ONG es fatal y por lo menos el mes que yo estuve estaba muy desorganizado.La habitación de los voluntarios es un lugar donde no se puede descansar,es un cuarto pequeño con 9 camas y ni una ventana, la cocina del Hostel está plagada de cucarachas.Y Jhonatan que es el dueño del Hostel jamás te dirije la palabra, si no es por medio de Claudia la organizadora de los voluntarios, ni el saluda te da.Y mi voluntariado con niños solo que era eso a lo que iba solo puede dictar una clase en un mes .

Es una lastima que tu reseña sea negativa. Lastimosamente no congeniamos en nuestros caracteres ni en nuestra forma de trabajo. Es tambien una lastima que la persona que menos contribuyo y que no hizo absolutamente en un mes venga y deje la peor reseña. Si tuvimos un problema de cucarachas debido a la construcción de cañeria que estaba realizando el vecino. Pero ya lo solucionamos 😊.
Como trabajadora o “voluntaria” tampoco te recomiendo. Pues tu trabajo fue pauperrimo. Saludos

10/10 experience! Jonathan and the whole team was super welcoming and made sure I feel safe and comfortable my whole stay! He is such an inspiring nature and we had lots of good talks! He always looks out for his volunteers and was absolutely caring My tasks never got bored and no day looked like the other! I joined the organization and helped with organizing everything around, If you're looking for a 9-5 job this might not be the right fit, but if you're seeking adventure and fun experiences in a welcoming environment I'd highly recommend the organization 🫶🏼

Jonathan was amazing and really made sure to make everyone feel at home and comfortable. The schedule was perfect and well established, which allowed us to roam around the city in the afternoon or in the morning. The dogs were SOOO kind and well trained, it was an absolute pleasure to help and be a part of this experience. I would highly recommend this volunteering experience to anyone who wants to take care of amazing dogs and meet amazing people. Thank you for everything!

Jonathan is an incredible person, grounded, wise, and truly inspiring to listen to. He receives volunteers with so much care and presence that you instantly feel at home. And then there's Fernanda, a being of pure light and love, always ready to help, support, and uplift everyone around her. Spending these days with them, and experiencing the volcano hike, was something truly special. I'm grateful for everything we shared.

Volunteering at the organization was a really great experience. I felt welcomed into the team, was offered guidance on my role and responsibilities, and most importantly had lots of fun! :)) I thoroughly enjoyed bonding with the dogs, exploring the local area, and meeting the other volunteers! The Acatenango and Fuego hiking tour was an unbelievable experience - you should definitely get involved!! Both Antigua and the organization felt like a super safe and relaxing place to stay. Overall, if you are a dog-lover like me I would highly recommend volunteering with these guys :))

I had an absolutely wonderful time here 🥰 From the very first moment, I felt at home it truly felt like being part of a family. The atmosphere is warm, relaxed, and full of positive energy. I was able to improve my Spanish, had an amazing roommate, and got along so well with everyone.😇 The food was always delicious, and I felt supported and helped whenever I needed it. It's the perfect place to slow down, relax, and enjoy the beauty around you. The dogs are so sweet, respectful, and protective they bring so much joy! 🐾 I also got to do the Acatenango tour an unforgettable experience 🌋

I had an amazing time staying with Jonathan and Samara. Day-to-day life was super chill and peaceful, with a good mix of admin tasks and helping out on the website. It never felt rushed or stressful. Every day after lunch, I had the whole afternoon to explore Antigua, which has plenty of cool cafes, bars and street eats. The home-cooked meals were amazing, definitely a highlight of my time there. After the first few days, I felt right at home. There are separate sleeping areas for volunteers and hostel guests, and I got to practise my Spanish. I would recommend this experience to everyone!
