Beyond Borders will soon begin its work supporting local children, creating social programs, and, in time, offering spaces for mental health and psychology initiatives. It’s our way of giving back to the communities that have given us so much.

At Pachamama Tours and Hostel Esperanza, we are more than a team—we are a family that grows every day, working towards a self-sustaining future to reopen our nonprofit. Volunteers have always been at the heart of our journey, and each one has left a lasting impact with their dedication and support. We understand that arriving in a new country can feel overwhelming, but here, you’ll find guidance, support, and a welcoming community from day one. Before your arrival, we coordinate a video call to introduce ourselves, go over our guidelines, and explain your tasks and schedule. Once your dates are set, we provide three important documents to review and sign: a confidentiality agreement, child protection policy, and our terms and conditions.
