I spent 4 weeks here and truly valued the experience. The supportive team, including mother and dinner chef Donia, breakfast chef Midthak, rooftop master Abdullah, and dedicated members like Hommam, Mohammed (x3), Denash, Anita, and Betty, made the environment welcoming and collaborative. Although there were occasions where I worked more than one shift per day and my days off were sometimes forgotten, and on nights with few dinner guests, dinners were canceled without prior notice requiring me to prepare my own meal, but these challenges were outweighed by the overall positive environment
