We're looking to improve our social media accounts, especially our TikTok and Instagram presence.
Next to that, you'll be the spare receptionist, in case our regular receptionist have a free day or vacation. In total you'll spend 25 hours a week on social media and/or reception shifts.
If you can do the social media in less time, that's fine, as we're result oriented.

Programa detallado

We would love for you to do both the night and day shift, but in case you can only do the day shift, that is also fine. Our preference is for someone who can do both, though, as that gives us more flexibility.

As a receptionist at Dutchies Hostel, you are the first point of contact for our guests. You welcome travelers from all over the world, assist with check-ins and check-outs, answer questions, and help create a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. You provide tourist information, handle reservations, and support daily operations to ensure guests have a smooth and enjoyable stay. Hospitality, flexibility, and a positive attitude.

Actividades & Turnos

As a receptionist, the whole hostel is your responsibility during your shift. You are not only responsible for the guest experience, although that is the most important of course, but also to keep the lobby and kitchen clean, as well as doing rounds to maintain the tidiness of the bathrooms and showers. Depending on the shift, these tasks weigh more (for instance, during night shift there is not a lot to do in the guest experience area, but more to do in the cleaning area.)

As for the social media; we'd like someone who has a hands-on mentality, steps forward with own initiative. You are our media person, so you'll have to create the videography and photography for TikToks and Instagram. We want at least 2 Tiktoks a week, 3 instagram stories, and 2 Instagram posts weekly.
