La experiencia

At this QBee spot, things flow best when everyone quietly contributes — keeping calm, sharing stories, or helping with small tasks. It’s a small, soulful place where presence matters more than perfection. Expect slow mornings, shared meals, local faces, and moments that stay with you.

Once a week, we go on a crazy island adventure — a mix of feeding programs, coastal cleanups, and real culture encounters.

Programa detallado

We host volunteers not for big projects, but to help create small, welcoming spots where locals and travelers connect. If you’re looking for luxury, this may not be the right spot. But if you value simplicity, kindness, and small, honest impact — you’ll feel right at home.

Our place is flexible — some days it feels like a homestay, other days like a hostel, and sometimes just a community spot. You’re not here to “work hard” — we only ask you to join in, gently, in your own way.

🌞 Rhythm & Flow
About 25 hours per week (≈ 5 hours/day)
2 days off each week — time for yourself, city walks, or rest
Minimum stay: 2 weeks
Volunteers usually: 3 per month

💛 Community Purpose
Every Saturday we host activities — from the Crazy Island Adventure to feeding programs and small giving-back projects. These are the heart of our service and connection.

To help make them possible, each volunteer contributes a small ₱500 community share (per week). This is not a fee — it’s a collective pot that supports these projects. What matters most is your presence and participation. (If you’re unwell, we adjust.) Guests are welcome to join too, making it a shared experience of giving and culture.

Reglas

We keep it simple, respectful, and community-minded at QBee. Here’s what we ask:

Treat the space like it’s your own — clean up after yourself

Respect quiet hours (especially at night) — we value calm vibes

No drugs or heavy drinking on the property

Communicate openly if you need time off or feel unwell

Be present — phones down during shared meals or group times

Ask before bringing outside guests

We’re not strict, just mindful. If we all respect the flow, everyone thrives.
