La experiencia

Volunteer 5.5 hrs/day, 4 days/week with rotating shifts.
Morning shift is from 7 am until 12:30 pm
The afternoon shift is from 12:30 pm until 6 pm
Tasks include reception, surfboard rentals, guest information, and maintaining clean and tidy spaces.
Live with 6 volunteers in a shared dorm and kitchen.
On off days, you can enjoy beach bonfires, waterfalls, and jungle hikes. Bring good vibes, responsibility, and a love for nature and surf!

Programa detallado

At our surf camp in Uvita, we expect volunteers to be friendly, responsible, and team-oriented. You’ll help with check-ins, surfboard rentals, keeping common areas clean, and creating a welcoming, social atmosphere for guests.

You’ll volunteer 5.5 hours a day, 4 days a week, with plenty of free time to surf, explore waterfalls, or relax on the beach. In return, we offer a bed in a shared dorm with 6 other volunteers, access to a communal kitchen, and regular group adventures like hikes, bonfires, and nature trips.

We’re looking for people who bring good energy, love the outdoors, and enjoy connecting with travelers from around the world. We aim to build a respectful, open-minded, and fun environment where everyone feels at home.

Actividades & Turnos

There are two shifts
Morning shift: Open at 7 am, organize the surfboard, and maintain the shop clean. Finish shift at 12:30 pm

Afternoon Shift: Start at 12:30 pm until 6 pm.

During your shift, you have to maintain the shop clean, answer questions from clients, sale surf lessos, rent surboarts and other little works
